Welcome to THE GREAT INDIAN FESTIVAL OF MAGIC!
This Festival Guide aims to cover the procedures, options, facilities, rules, restrictions and guidelines that are part of THE GREAT INDIAN FESTIVAL OF MAGIC. REGISTRATION
There are multiple ways to register for the Festival:
- Registration Form (downloadable from this site also) should be filled and sent by post to MAGIC ACADEMY BANGALORE, # 1712, EAST END ‘A’ MAIN ROAD, 9th BLOCK, JAYANAGAR.
BANGALORE- 560041. KARNATAKA.
- Registration Form can also be filled, scanned and mailed, along with scan of bank deposit receipt and jpg. of photo to magicacademybangalore@gmail.com
REGISTRATION FEES
- DELEGATE: Rs.3000/-
- JUNIOR DELEGATE (14 years or less as on 11th
May 2012): Rs.2000/-
Kindly note:
-Early registrations would allow you to occupy front seats. Seating will be allotted on First-come-first-serve basis. Indoor seating will be divided into blocks of 300 with color codes. Delegates will be allotted seating blocks (not seat numbers) according to serial order of registrations. First 300 registrants will be seated closest to the stage..And so on.
- Access to all activities of the Festival
- Access to 3 evenings of Maya Bazaar
- Delegate kit, Participant Certificate & Memento
- Lunch, Dinner and Snacks on all 3 days
- Accommodation & Travel not included in the Registration fee.
- Photocopies of registration form can be made for multiple registrations.
- Rights of Admission reserved.
DEALER STALLS
- Rent for each Dealer stall is Rs. 15,000/-. This is in addition to the Delegate Registration fee
- The Dealer stall will be provided on all the three days of the Festival from 8am to 11 pm.
- Each Dealer Stall will measure 10ft x 10ft. A limited number of fancy European canopy stalls are available, which will be allotted on first come first serve basis. Nevertheless, all the stalls will be strategically placed, so as to draw equal attention.
- Dealer stalls will be open between 9am-10.30pm on all the three days. Sales to general public will be allowed from 5pm onwards.
- Dealers are requested to sell appropriate magic and other items at their discretion to the general public, idea being, to initiate them into our world of magic, at the same time not to disclose highly professional secrets. All goods being sold should be related to the World of Magic.
- Selling any unauthorized, pirated videos / CDs / DVDs / Books is strictly prohibited. Dealers will be solely held responsible for all associated consequences. The Academy and the Organizing committee will not be responsible for any consequences thereafter.
- Selling of any Fire related items should be done without demonstration at the dealer's area.
